The agreement does not require the Waterbury Police Chief to agree to any provision of the agreement that would impose a new tax on the City of Waterbury or the Waterbury Police Employees. 6. The agreement does not require the Waterbury police officer pension board to pay over any portion of the payments to the Waterbury police officer retirement pension system. The agreement provides the conditions under which this agreement shall be binding upon the parties. 7. The agreement is not an undertaking with respect to any claim of a citizen who claims entitlement to police pension benefits based upon a retirement, death, or disability resulting from the employment of the Waterbury police officer during his or her employment with the City of Waterbury.  8. The agreement is not an undertaking with respect to any claim of a Waterbury officer union employee who claims entitlement to a police pension benefiting the union. 9. The agreement does not obligate the Chief to provide, or require the Chief to provide, information to any other representative of the City of Waterbury or the Waterbury Police Union relating to any portion of the employment of a Waterbury police officer or other employees of the Waterbury Police Department who are not included among the parties to this agreement.  10.
