The Parties agree to waive all prior rights to judicial review and all causes of action in connection with this Agreement under a United Nations Convention, an extraterritorial agreement or instrument, a public law or public regulation, or other binding U.S. federal, state or local statute or rule of law, and all remedies in any judicial proceedings brought against these Parties arising out of or relating to the terms of this Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of section 507(c)(2) of title 26 of the United States Code the Court shall not stay the certification of the complaint or the initiation of any proceedings hereunder where the complaint was filed prior to the time that any preliminary injunction or protective order was in place.
